The Inner Light Approach to Therapy

There are many times in your life where you may feel a little lost, stuck, fearful, overly emotional, "disconnected", or quite frankly unable to cope.

Sometimes you can attach your feelings to specific life events and at other times you just know that something is not comfortable within you.

It is also possible that you may physically be affected as well as emotionally through symptoms such as stress, lack of sleep, over or under-eating, smoking, increased alcohol consumption and many other forms of addiction.

The Inner Light approach to therapy includes assistance with all the above and offers you the opportunity to re-discover your originality by helping you to focus on your own levels of psychic and spiritual awareness; allowing you to gently unfold towards completeness and healing of self.

The Inner Light specialises in Spiritual Awareness, Psychic Awareness, Healing of Self, Past Lives, Living with Illness, Grief, Bereavement, Loss, Fulfilling Potential, Past Emotional Influences, Body Image, Addictions, Phobias, Stress Management & Relaxation.

A variety and combination of therapeutic techniques are employed to suit your needs; principally Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic process that involves the use of Hypnosis and associated techniques to assist in addressing various challenges and needs in a person's life.

Hypnosis is an altered state of awareness in which the gates to the unconscious mind are more open to the input of positive messages and the release of negative thought patterns.

Hypnotherapy is a totally safe, gentle, pleasant and effective method for addressing numerous issues.

Psychotherapy

Most healing processes naturally require a certain amount of introspection and personal/emotional release which involves discussion and the safe examination of feelings.

Like counselling, psychotherapy is often referred to as the "talking cure".

It is the branch of the psychological approach to wellbeing that allows you to express, release, examine, create and heal yourself at a pace that suits you and without the stigma or fear of some clinical diagnosis or "label" being attached to, or imposed on you.

The Inner Light approach to psychotherapy is based on the firm belief that you are the person who knows yourself best so the point at which you start is down to you and only you can dictate the pace of your unfoldment.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

"EFT is a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues.

Simply stated, it is a unique version of accupuncture without needles. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping them with your fingertips."

Gary Craig, Developer of EFT.
